The smooth functioning of complex IT systems depends on many factors. One of the elements which exerts a fundamental influence on ensuring high availability and reliability is a multi-level monitoring system allowing for early detection of failures and everything that could potentially lead to them. Providing comprehensive support in the maintenance area, ONT Solutions is gradually expanding the solutions based on Zabbix platform, providing professional monitoring system which integrates a variety of diagnostic tools in one place and embraces practically all layers of the IT infrastructure and technologies used in them. To maximize the potential of Zabbix platform, additionally we created mechanisms for its integration with JasperReports reporting server and Request Tracker software providing automation of processes related to the service of requests.
